What started as a simple trip to a real estate conference in Cabo became the turning point that transformed both our lives.
Our journey is a testament to how two very different paths, guided by faith and a few unexpected turns, can lead to a beautiful, shared destination. We started out in completely different worlds, never imagining we would one day be partners in both life and business.
We grew up in Kansas, and after studying Political Science, Craig found himself managing electronics repair stores. To him, it felt less like a passion and more like a constant “chore of repairs.” Nevertheless, he persisted, and eventually moved to Atlanta, where he found himself managing multiple locations in the oil industry. At the same time, Annie was earning her Civil Engineering degree at Georgia Tech. Not long after we met, we knew we wanted to get married and start our new lives together.
We moved to Tennessee, where Annie began her career in nuclear power. Her job was to detect any issues, design solutions, and procure the necessary equipment. She’s always thrived on problem-solving, and even stepped into leadership roles, training other specialists.
During this time, Craig became a financial advisor before embracing the role of stay-at-home dad, an experience he loved. As we welcomed our daughter, Madisyn, our life became a shared adventure. We relocated several times, largely guided by Annie’s demanding career, however, a pivotal moment came when we landed in Wisconsin, where winters are no joke. We’re talking -65°F, with the warmest days around 0°. We felt so far from our family in Atlanta that we prayed for a chance to move closer to home.
We finally settled in Greenville, South Carolina. In 2017, Craig decided to obtain his real estate license. Drawing on the experience he’d gained from buying and selling our own homes, he saw real estate as an exciting new opportunity. His first home sold in just three days, confirming that real estate could be the perfect fit, allowing him to stay at home with Madisyn while reentering the workforce.
Craig had found his calling. His analytical skills became his superpower, helping people navigate one of life’s biggest financial decisions: buying or selling a house. Meanwhile, Annie continued her engineering career, but it began to feel like less of a fit as her responsibilities became divided between technical and sales work.
Then Craig attended a real estate conference in Cabo, and Annie was his plus one. She thought it would be a mini vacation, drinking piña coladas by the pool while he attended sessions. But once there, he snuck her in to hear what the speakers had to say, and she felt at home. The speakers were people of integrity and faith who spoke about how God had worked in their lives. They saw their profession as a way to bless and help others. In that moment, Annie realized that her own superpower, problem-solving, could serve others during one of the most stressful times in their lives. The job fit her perfectly.
The idea seemed crazy, to leave a predictable corporate career for a commission-based one. But they prayed about it, and with a leap of faith, she obtained her license in 2021, and a partnership was born.
Now, truly, Annie smiles more, feels lighter and happier. As a team, we enjoy mentoring other agents, and together we find joy in positively impacting our clients’ lives.
When we’re not working, you can find us indulging in our obsession with all things Disney. We love the beach, exploring new places, and spending time outdoors, especially when we get to go deep-sea fishing. Giving back is at the heart of who we are, and we stay actively involved in our church and several nonprofits that raise funds for local and global causes.
Our daughter, Madisyn, who is now 19, has joined us, we truly run a family business.
As a team, we bring two complementary perspectives that strengthen every transaction. Craig approaches real estate with a financial and analytical mindset, carefully evaluating market trends and potential returns before offering advice. He never rushes decisions, ensuring clients make informed choices with confidence.
Annie, who thrives on problem-solving, always stays calm under pressure. She’s skilled at identifying issues early and creating effective solutions. Together, we’re meticulous about details, especially when it comes to reviewing contracts and fully understanding every clause to protect our clients’ interests.
We’re strong advocates in negotiations, always striving to secure the best possible outcome for each client. Our process is hands-on and transparent from start to finish; we stay in close communication, keeping clients informed and on schedule to avoid delays. At the heart of it all, we share the same belief: we can help anyone get to where they need to go. Our blend of analytical precision and compassionate guidance turns goals into results.
Sincerely,

Annie Nash Craig Nash
